Our products are shipped vacuum sealed and frozen over dry ice inside an insulated cooler. We utilize USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day shipping to ensure our goods arrive in a timely manner. All orders will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday to ensure packages will not sit over the weekend.
Preparation
You may store in the refrigerator for 7-10 days as long as it remains in an air tight container or vacuum sealed. If not going to eat in this time frame, we recommend you re-freeze as soon as you receive it. It may be frozen for up to 6 months provided the seal is not broken. Thaw meats in the refrigerator rather than at room temperature.
For best results:
- Thaw in the refrigerator
- Remove from vacuum seal package( leave inside foil wrapping)
- Place in a dish (cake pan, aluminum pan, etc)
- Place in preheated oven at 250 degrees
- Warm until desired temperature
** All meats may be warmed in the microwave by cutting a small opening in the bag, moisten with a little water and heat to desired temperature.
A rule of thumb for size is a third to half a pound per person for average eaters. Of course, this may vary, but we find this to be accurate in most cases.
Returns
Accuracy is very important to us. We guarantee you will receive the product you ordered. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you in a timely manner and give you an opportunity to make a substitution.
Given the perishable nature of meat , we employ the highest standards to ensure your product arrives in wholesome condition. By utilizing an insulated cooler and dry ice, On My Momma Bbq guarantees your product will arrive in wholesome condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns because of the perishable nature of our products. If you are not pleased with your purchase or feel we have failed to live up to our guarantee, give us a call at (254) 213-9093. We will be happy to assist you. On My Momma Bbq reserves the right to investigate all claims that we believe may be fraudulent or unfounded. Under no circumstance will a refund or product replacement represent an admission of any kind by On My Momma Bbq.
